How the guarantee works
We will guarantee that the website you choose will be fully functioning and the text you provide for each page will be placed on your pages in a professional manner. We guarantee any forms or scripts used on the site will work as required or your money back, if requested, within 30 days of completion. Creative Designs will retain the website, coding, scripts, graphics and any other work or materials used to design your website except materials or graphics you have provided.

On custom website design we require half of the agreed cost of the website services to be paid in advance. The balance of the website design work is not billed until your website is completed, tested and approved by you. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our work, we will alter it to meet your requirements. If we cannot meet or exceed your requirements, we will not bill you for the balance of the invoice if requested within 30 days after the website is completed. The initial first half of the agreed design cost is not refundable.

There are a few exceptions, and although it is very unlikely you will want to make use of our guarantee policy, you should understand those rare conditions under which we can't provide a refund:

1. If you have already confirmed or approved the acceptance of a design. Your approval represents an acceptance of the final project and serves as an implicit statement of satisfaction.
2. If the company for whom the design was performed should close, change its name, or undergo other alterations rendering a design ill-fitting, we cannot issue a refund.
3. If you purchased a "Special Offer" that does not constitute one of our standard packages as advertised.
4. Once you have taken final delivery.
5. If you have failed to communicate with us for more than thirty (30) days, any refunds will be at the discretion of Creative Designs management.

Our liability is limited to the payment received from you against the project. If you cancel a project we will have the right to sell or use the designs shown to you as we may deem fit.

Should the Customer receive a refund, Customer acknowledges that it will have no right (express or implied) to use any Basic concept or other work product, content, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same. The Copyright remains with us and you are NOT allowed to use our designs even as design reference.
