What our maintenance packages have on offer, for you:
- Full website updates
- Any text changes
- Any image changes
- The adding of new images
- The setting up of new email accounts (when hosted with Creative Designs)
- A guarantee that your site will be updated within 24 hours of receiving the information
We offer you the choice of two different Website Maintenance Agreements:
The Monthly ‘Flat Rate’ Website Maintenance Contract:
Pay a fixed monthly rate to change prices, add inventory to your store, or simply make minor changes to sentences, paragraphs or pictures. This all to a maximum of six hours per month; and whether you use this time or not, the ‘Flat Rate’ is payable monthly in advance.
The ‘As Needed’ Website Maintenance Contract:
Pay a monthly chargeable agreement, slightly higher that the ‘Flat Rate’, but offering savings on a site with little or no changes. The charges will only incur when you request a change.
Disclaimer:
If you have any requests or changes outside of these two packages, they will be billed at an hourly rate. Similarly, all work you may need done on services beyond the points specified above, will be billed hourly. These may include:
- Internet orientation education
- Any additional functionality added to your site
- Marketing consulting
- Web page design (or re-design)
- Copywriting / proofreading
- Modifying product pages and databases in your online store
- Art, photos and graphics
- Repairs done to damages caused by updates or changes made to your site by anyone other than your Creative Designs developer
